How do I set up my daycare?
Download MellowBee, create an account, and choose to set up a daycare. Add your daycare's details and your children, then invite families from the app. Each family gets an invite they can open with a link or by scanning a QR code.
How do I join my child's daycare?
Open the invite your daycare sent you, or scan its QR code from the MellowBee app. You can also look up an invite code in the app. Once you've joined, you'll see your child's day as it's logged.
How do I add staff?
Daycare owners can invite staff members from the app and choose what each person is allowed to do. You can remove a staff member's access at any time.
Why am I not getting notifications?
- Check that notifications are allowed for MellowBee in your device's Settings.
- Check your notification preferences in the app's Settings.
- Make sure you're signed in and connected to the internet. If it still doesn't work, sign out and sign back in.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Account screen in the app and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and the photos you've uploaded. If you own a daycare, it also deletes the daycare and its feed; children stay linked to their parents. A child's records are deleted once the last parent account linked to them is deleted. How do I get a copy of my data?
Email privacy@emberthornstudio.com from the address on your account, and we'll send you a copy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. If you subscribed on our website, email contact@emberthornstudio.com, and we'll help.
Report a safety or privacy concern
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. To report a privacy problem, inappropriate content, or an account that shouldn't have access, email privacy@emberthornstudio.com. We treat these reports as a priority.
